Skulpturenpark Berlin_Zentrum is a project by KUNSTrePUBLIK, e.V. (Matthias Einhoff, Philip Horst, Markus Lohmann, Harry Sachs, Daniel Seiple).

Etienne Boulanger won the residence grant in Berlin from the General Council of Moselle in 2001.
